Support Chatbot - Machine Learning in R
Chatbots are becoming a crucial aspect of ensuring an efficient touch point with customers while decreasing costs of customer support. The simple bot I created is tailored to answer questions about the main product, shipping, returns, and promotions. Customers usually have a wide array of questions, some with grammatical issues and others with spelling errors. This support bot can handle these deficiencies and answer questions accurately.

Dynamic Pricing implementation for Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wanted to optimize their stadium pricing structure to increase revenue and participation. I used the secondary game ticket market to identify influential variables that determined the final ticket prices. Using a machine learning predictive model, I was able to transfer the system to Indianapolis Colts which resulted in a 27% increase in top line revenues for the Colts.

PepsiCo executive team wanted help with their declining sales of their Quaker Oats brand. Their goal for us, a team of 5, is to recommend a strategy that can bring in a mid-single digit growth within the next 3-5 year horizon. Our strategy pitch is currently being implemented by the Quaker executive team.

Digital Marketing Project for a Non-Profit
I had the pleasure to work with a wonderful non-profit, Potomac Riverkeeper – an organization dedicated to keep Potomac river and its tributaries safe for public. The goal was to generate awareness about the organizations' work and increase website visibility. The initial target was to increase impressions by 400% and clicks by 200% which was exceeded as the clicks increased by 458% and generated 18 times the impressions.
